Description: Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) and polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) tools are hard and difficult to process. Traditional grinding tools often cannot process or are not effective for these materials. This series of ceramic-bonded diamond grinding wheels are designed for processing high-hardness PCD and PCBN materials and can be used for coarse grinding, fine grinding, and form grinding. The products feature minimal heat generation and clogging during grinding, low thermal expansion, easy shaping and dressing, high grinding efficiency, good self-sharpening properties, excellent cutting edges, and high workpiece surface finish.
